To James Ford
Thank you for the comment on my poem Heavenly Grace. Coming from a fellow poet means a lot to me. I read some of
your poems & I am very proud that a poet such as yourself enjoyed my offering. Keep up the good work.
Truly, Margaret R. Butler

Hi I was on this site striving to find some decent poetry, yet all I find are tedious and predictable poems of love after love. Gladly I find you! I am 15 and although I am aware my poems are not of brilliance or 'Robert Frost or Sylvia Plath' poems I have a passion for the english language and poetry. You are a breath of fresh air, your poems flow perfectly and are original (telling you things you obviously already know from all your comments but I just couldn't let myself not write anything) and I just wish I could write like you. Stick to your publishing dream you have a magnificent talent and way with words. They say poets are a special type of person that can view the world in an alternate way and be able to communicate these feelings into words for the rest of the public to understand. You are one of these special people so don't give up or let your talents go to waste.

I like the picture you painted with your words in my mind. Deep and luring.
You have a great gift of thoughts and what you see in writing.
I thought I'd pay some respect to great poem written by a great poet.

The work that we put forth now will one day be echoed in eternity.

Thank for speaking the truth.
Since the average person doesn't have a clue ?
We hide behind our comfy portal.
Don't even care to let one in.
It's all just a will of power !

* I have been writing poetry for over twenty years.
Yet in the darkness.
It is good to know that someone is shining the light.
Amidst a generation without a purpose.

Alright B, now I thought that you were a little poetic, and then I read this! I dunno why Mr. Silverstein (I'm talking about Shel) didn't save you your own page in his book, 'Where The Sidewalk Ends'. Keep it up!

Brandon- The publishing world is cut-throat competative, but you have talent and if you stick with it... well there's nothing sweeter than following you dreams.
